How many chairs can I stack on top of each other?
Stacking furniture is a fantastic space saver and makes for super easy cleaning in eating areas - but there are limits to the numbers you can safely stack. The maximum number that can be stacked is 10, but the average is usually around 6-8. This makes it easier for people to safely move and remove them from the pile.
Stacking cafe tables come in many finishes, including metal and plastic indoor and outdoor furniture.
Can your indoor chairs be used outdoors?
We have a huge selection of robust, stylish outdoor chairs that will look great whether placed indoors or outside. For maximum lifespan, where you use them does ultimately depend on the type of material the chairs are made from. Our hard-wearing plastic chairs are perfect for both indoor and outdoor environments, including conservatories and patios.
Please note: care is advised with darker coloured models as they will tend to fade more quickly than light colours when placed outdoors in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
Are your chairs suitable for commercial and business use?
It’s really important to source properly graded commercial furnishings for commercial and high-traffic spaces, like offices, cafes, schools, restaurants or canteens. Domestic furniture models simply won’t be up to the job and can’t normally withstand the extra wear and tear that comes with non-domestic use.
At Spaceist, all of our furniture is specially designed and suitable for commercial and business use in the busiest environments. Whatever your trade, if you have a specific furniture requirement in mind just ask our experts on 020 8840 6298.
Can your chairs be moved around easily?
Chairs need to be easy to move, for arranging and rearranging eating and drinking spaces, simplicity of cleaning and most importantly, to allow drinkers and diners to mix and mingle. Many of our chairs are fairly light and can be moved from place to place easily.
There are even chairs available with a wheeled trolley which allows them to be stacked onto the trolley and simply moved by one person to overnight storage or different locations.
