Spaceist was approached by award winning advertising company, Agency Inc to supply them with a new table for their meeting room. The table they required needed to be large enough to accommodate 10+ users and have a contemporary design, fitting with their decor. Our team of design experts recommended the JB-Waldo white meeting table – a perfect fit for their specification.
We recently supplied the Arts University in Bournemouth with a brand new furniture package to kit out their contemporary student bar. Our range of modular seating was chosen for its practical and space-saving properties, allowing us to achieve the high cover seat capacity required. We also chose to use contrasting upholstery colours to brighten up the space and make it an enjoyable place for students to relax.
Spaceist was approached by The Loop Cafe Group to find the perfect furniture for their restaurant installation at the Bank of Tokyo in London. Their specification detailed bright, stylish and individual furniture to make a real design statement. As always, the Spaceist team were more than up for the challenge, providing the company with bespoke furniture to meet their needs and requirements.
Spaceist was contacted by Bishop Ramsey School to supply them with a furniture package for their brand new building, known as ‘The Wedge.’ The school required furniture for their new expansive dining area, student breakout zone and main entrance reception area. Both the staff and students are extremely pleased with both our furniture designs and the consultation services we provided.
Burn Marketing an integrated marketing agency approached Spaceist with the task of finding modern and minimalistic furniture to make efficient use of their boardroom, client waiting area, desk space and touchdown points for freelancers. Despite a challenging brief, our team sourced practical office furniture and storage solutions, adding little modifications to help Burn Marketing make the best possible use of their available floor space.
Recently we teamed up with Surrey County Council to design and furnish their newly built youth facility in Caterham. The centre was designed to offer training, advice and counselling for teenagers and young adults in the area. Spaceist supplied stylish, practical and affordable furniture for the cafe bar, media lounge, chill out zone and counselling room, getting the seal of approval from the centre’s visitors.
The team here at Spaceist worked closely with English Heritage to design and furnish the cafe and restaurant area at Audley End House, a major visitor attraction just outside Saffron Walden. We supplied the company with a full design and consultation service and kitted out the newly created area on the estate with bold and contemporary cafe / bar furniture.
Spaceist is proud to have teamed up with English Heritage for a number of design projects including their renovation of the Tunnels cafe at Dover Castle. This historic building is visited by thousands of people each year, many of whom take refuge in the cafe after touring the castle’s rooms and grounds. Our team of furniture design and interior experts recently collaborated with the team at the Horniman Museum to create bespoke furniture solutions for their new cafe. The museum, which originally opened in 1989, is visited by thousands of visitors all year round. We supplied the museum with stylish and versatile cafe furniture, which is also suitable for outdoor use.
The team here at Spaceist were recently tasked with sourcing seating and tables to modernise and improve the usability of Hounslow Youth Centre. The detailed brief, which was created by the staff, volunteers and young visitors, required an increase in seating capacity, the creation of distinct zones and a dedicated media area and as usual, our team were more than up for the challenge!
Spaceist was tasked by the Immanuel College in Hertfordshire to supply them with furniture for their newly refurbished Sixth Form Centre. The brief required us to supply soft seating and tables and use it to create zoned areas for groups to congregate. As well as a functional layout, they also required furniture in stylish and contemporary designs to make the space more attractive for students. Did we succeed in our task? Of course we did!
Here at Spaceist we are used to supplying furniture for classrooms, offices and boardrooms, so when the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising asked us to source furniture for their cinema room, it made for an interesting and unique task. We recently completed a project for Lee Marley – one of the UK’s leading specialist brickwork contractors. One of our most interesting projects to date was for Manchester Airport. Our team was tasked with providing a furniture package for the newly designed Idealab – a room concept created by Megan Davis. The idea of this room was to provide a place for brainstorming ideas and discussing project challenges. Our team was tasked with supplying a complete furniture package for The National Gallery’s office space, which comprises 13000 sq. ft. used for staff workstations. Since launching our business, we have worked with many clients in the educational sector, including Oxford High School. The independent school for girls, which is located near the city centre, tasked Spaceist with supplying a design and furniture package for their spacious sixth form common room. The idea was to create a functional space for both study and recreation. We achieved this by using a mix of furniture designs that offered the best of both worlds.

Spaceist supplied a range of hard wearing furniture into a busy staff canteen area. The range had to be wipe-able, easy to maintained and have a modern feel. The furniture shown includes Canteena benches, Catifa chairs and chrome cafe tables.

This was certainly the case with Swakeleys School, which was looking for a modern furniture package for their canteen area. With our help, they created an attractive and versatile environment, suitable for both study and dining combined.
