The solid core laminate is 5 mm thick and is supported by a metal frame that is fixed to the powder-coated steel legs. As you can see from image four the sleek designed top overlaps the angular metal structure below. The table arrives flat and can be assembled by our delivery team.

Yes, the canteen table and benches can be left outside all year round but we recommend if the furniture is not been used cover it or store it inside over winter.
What are the top and legs made from?
The table top and bench seat are made from solid laminate which is the same as a kitchen laminate work top. It is stain resistant, wipeable and long-lasting. The frame is made from steel which is coated in an outdoor finish.
Does the canteen furniture arrive flat packed?
Yes, the tables and benches arrive boxed and flat packed. Both are easily assembled by our delivery team.
Is the furniture designed for commercial and contract use?
Yes, all our furniture is designed for commercial and contract use. The materials and processes used to make the furniture are much higher compared to domestic furniture.
