Every sofa in our modular reception seating range is made for daily commercial use. Frames are built from FSC certified plywood for strength and sustainability, with seats filled with contract grade CMHR foam that meets BS 5852 Crib 5 fire safety standards.

Upholstery comes in commercial-grade fabric, faux leather or wipeable vinyl, with Martindale rub ratings well above the 40,000 commercial threshold. Some fabrics reach 200,000 rubs and our vinyls go up to 300,000. Legs are finished in chromed or powder-coated steel, and most modular office seating ranges come with a 5-year commercial warranty.

How do I decide what size reception modular sofa I need?

  1. Draw a sketch of the area
    First sketch the office or school reception area on a piece of paper and add in doorways, plug sockets and windows.
  2. Allow 80 cm of space per person
    Allowing around 80 cm per person decide how many people you need to seat comfortably.
  3. Draw the shape of the sofa
    Once you have this information roughly sketch the shape and size of the sofa that would work.
  4. Email the sketch for a quote
    Email the sketch to us and we can work out a quote for the sofa and suggest fabric colours, buttons and power sockets if needed.
  5. The sofas are made to order
    Once you are happy with the size and colour the sofas can be made to order which takes around six weeks to produce.
